Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

How much deposit is required?
A minimum deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. For larger bookings or long-distance journeys, a higher deposit may be required.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the date of travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Under current UK tax regulations, group passenger transport services (minibus and coach hire) are exempt from VAT. Therefore, quoted prices do not include VAT.

How can I request a quote?

How long is my quote valid?
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 10 days from the date issued. Prices may change after this period due to vehicle availability, fuel costs, or operational factors.
How do I confirm my booking?
Your booking is confirmed once:
1-You accept the quotation
2-The required deposit payment is received
3-You receive a booking confirmation email Bookings are subject to availability until confirmed.

Journey & Travel Information

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Prices quoted for pre-booked journeys are fixed. However, additional charges may apply in cases such as:
Additional stops or drop-offs
Route changes
Extended waiting time
Additional mileage
Unplanned diversions
Any additional charges will be calculated based on time, distance, and operational costs.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Once your flight has landed, your driver will contact you by phone or text message to confirm the pickup location. Driver contact details will also be included in your booking confirmation email.
Do you need my flight number?
Yes. Providing your flight number or airline name allows us to track your arrival and ensure your driver arrives at the correct time. If you do not know the terminal, we will normally identify it using the flight information.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals where a flight number is provided. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no additional charge for reasonable delays. Excessive delays may incur additional waiting charges.

Booking Types

What is a one-way booking?
A one-way booking refers to a single trip from one location to another, such as travelling from the airport to a hotel, without a return journey included.
What is a return booking?

A return booking consists of two separate journeys:

  • An outbound trip (A to B)
  • A return trip (B to A)

The return journey may be scheduled for the same day or on a different date, depending on your travel requirements.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, once your booking has been confirmed and the payment has been successfully processed, a booking confirmation and receipt will be sent to your email address.
